At the heart of every exceptional healthcare practice is a story, and for Katie, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Founder of RENEW Hormone Health, the path to becoming a trusted private longevity clinician began in the delivery rooms of Chicago.
Katie started her nursing journey as a Registered Nurse in labor and delivery in 2003, where she developed a deep connection to women’s health and a passion for supporting new mothers through some of life’s most transformative moments. Her early experiences caring for women during childbirth laid the foundation for a career built on compassion, clinical excellence, and a commitment to empowering them to feel their best.
After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Katie moved to Southern California, where she joined an Obstetrics and Gynecology practice. It was there that she discovered her calling: helping women understand and manage their hormone health. From fatigue and weight changes, to mood shifts and sleep disruptions, Katie saw first hand how hormone imbalances could impact every aspect of a woman’s life, and how powerful it could be when those imbalances were corrected with thoughtful, individualized care.
In 2022, Katie relocated to Austin, bringing her expertise and passion for women’s health and a growing commitment to supporting both men and women through all stages of hormonal wellness.
Katie founded RENEW to bring a more personal standard of care to hormone health and longevity. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment programs, but what sets her apart is the connection she builds with each and every client through providing a personalized boutique experience. Our most comprehensive consultation pathway, created for new clients who prefer an even deeper investigation into their health, more dedicated time, a broader clinical perspective, and a carefully established health baseline. This assessment is equally well suited for clients exploring more involved or complex concerns, those experiencing persistent symptoms, or those who have noticed changes in how they feel that are difficult to explain.
The expanded evaluation allows Katie to look beyond individual symptoms, examine patterns across multiple areas of health, explore potential underlying contributors, and develop a more complete understanding of your overall health picture.
Your assessment includes a 75-minute extended initial consultation with Katie, an enhanced full laboratory panel drawn at RENEW, an InBody metabolic scan, and a dedicated 30-minute follow-up lab review visit. Throughout the process, Katie evaluates your findings in the context of your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, goals, laboratory data, and body-composition findings to develop a highly individualized care plan.
Recommended treatment pathways are clearly explained, including how each may help address your concerns and support your goals. Lenore brings more than 25 years of nursing experience and a decade in aesthetic medicine to RENEW. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she began her nursing career in Los Angeles in 2000. Her background spans orthopedic surgery, cardiac care, anesthesia, intensive care, and international nursing experience in London. That extensive clinical foundation informs the care, assessment, and judgment she brings to aesthetic treatment.
Since entering aesthetic medicine in 2016, Lenore has developed deep expertise in injectables, facial anatomy, and individualized treatment planning. As a Clinical Instructor, she teaches other medical professionals advanced injectable techniques and the clinical reasoning behind their use. Her work requires both precision in treatment and the ability to explain why a particular approach is appropriate for an individual face. Full Face tox is one of her favorite treatments, and facial balancing with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators are one of the specific areas of her expertise.
